The rental provider will contact the renter no later than 2 days before the pick-up time via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to request verification documents. Renters must ensure the registered phone number is active and that they are responsive when contacted.
Renters must provide verification documents to the rental provider within 2 hours of contact. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. For details, please see the terms and conditions above.
